Refund Policy

Last Updated: December 2025

1. Our Philosophy

At FunHolidayCards.com, we want you to be delighted with your magical creations. However, because our service relies on expensive computational resources (GPU processing) to generate each image, we incur costs the moment you click "Generate." This policy outlines when we can and cannot offer refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Used Credits: We generally cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used to generate images.

Please note that AI Art is experimental. While our models are high-quality, results can be unpredictable. An image that looks "weird" or "funny" is an inherent risk of generative AI and is not considered a system failure eligible for a refund, provided the system functioned correctly.

3. Refund Eligibility

We will gladly offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Unused Credits: If you purchased a credit package by mistake and have not used any credits from that package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Technical Errors: If the system crashed, failed to deliver an image, or deducted credits without providing a result due to a server error.
  • Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@funholidaycards.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the request.

We aim to review and process all requests within 48 hours. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. European & Australian Customers

If you are located in the EU, UK, or Australia, you may have additional statutory rights under local consumer laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., it is not fit for purpose or significantly unlike the description), you are entitled to a remedy.
